Service Concierge & Parts Liaison

Lippert Components

Lippert Components is seeking a Service Writer to serve as the primary liaison between customers and our service technicians. You will manage vehicle service requests from intake to completion, prepare cost estimates, and keep customers informed of progress and timelines. The role emphasizes strong communication, accurate documentation, and knowledge of Lippert products to assist with repairs and upsell when appropriate.
