Lead Front Desk Associate

Join Our Team as a Lead Front Desk Associate at Sanctuary Woburn! Are you a customer‑focused professional with a knack for organization and a passion for creating welcoming experiences? Sanctuary Woburn, located in Woburn, MA, is looking for a dedicated Lead Front Desk Associate to be the face of our business and ensure smooth operations at our front desk. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and have at least 2 years of experience, we’d love to hear from you! What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities Managing the day‑to‑day operations of the front desk, including greeting guests and handling inquiries. Overseeing scheduling, check‑ins, and check‑outs to maintain a seamless flow. Assisting in training and mentoring front desk staff to deliver exceptional service. Addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Maintaining an organized and welcoming front desk area. What We're Looking For: Skills and Qualifications A minimum of 2 years of experience in a front desk, customer service, or similar role. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A proactive mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
