Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Current CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation, current driver’s license, and agency-required liability insurance.
• Familiarity with general computer use, including internet, e-mail, file navigation, and online training systems.

Assignment Details

• Home visits with periodic office meetings.

Waycross, Georgia offers access to both outdoor recreation and regional travel conveniences. Laura S. Walker State Park is located about 10 miles from central Waycross and features a 120-acre lake, hiking trails, and golf. The Okefenokee National Wildlife Refuge sits roughly 8 miles south of the city and is known for boating, wildlife viewing, and one of the largest blackwater swamps in North America. Downtown Waycross includes the historic district and the Okefenokee Heritage Center, while Jacksonville, Florida is about 80 miles southeast for additional dining, airport access, and coastal day trips.
