Invoice Analyst

Openings: 5 positions Assignment Duration: Immediate start - November 20, 2026 Position Overview We are seeking multiple Invoice Analysts to support turnaround project activities within the refinery environment. This role will focus on project controls, invoice validation, and reporting to ensure accurate tracking of contractor costs, headcount, and financial data. These positions are being added in preparation for an upcoming turnaround event and will play a critical role in supporting cost control and reporting functions. Key Responsibilities Perform headcount and manpower projection reporting Execute data entry and maintain accurate project records Review gate logs and track contractor access and overrides Validate contractor reimbursables and billing submissions Generate and maintain reports (Track, SAP, headcount reporting) Support overall project controls and cost tracking activities Required Qualifications Background in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the full Microsoft Office suite Experience with SAP and/or Track systems preferred Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
