Job Summary and Qualifications

This position provides support to all areas of the OR with specific focus on surgical specialties assigned to each holder of the role. The OR Scrub Tech Team Lead is expected to adhere to applicable Lewis-Gale Medical Center policies and procedures and to LewisGale Medical Center value statements and commitment to excellence standards

• Certified Surgical Technician (CST)
• Registered Surgical Technologist
• Associate Degree
• Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
