Location: Parkersburg, WV and Marietta, Ohio
Reason for Job Opening: Retiring Physician and busy practice
If Physician is retiring, how much longer wil Physician Work: Possibly a year
Target Base Compensation: 325,000
Bonus Opportunity: Yes, 30% over 950,000 in collections
Retirement Program: 401K and Profit Sharing
Relocation: 10,000
Vacation/PTO: 4 weeks
Target Start Date: as soon as possible
Practice Management: Nextech
Estimated Surg Volume for this role: Start at 12-18 wek minimum
Hospital Call: No, we take practice calls for only our patients
MDs on Staff: 3
ODs on Staff: 0 Partners: 2
OD Network: 70 referring OD's
Refractive Surgery - Lasik: Yes, roll on/off Excimer laser, we use Lensx for flap
Laser - O.R.: Femto second laser, LenSx, SLT, Diode, Yag, Co2 for lid
Office 532 Laser: Diode laser ni office Yag ni office &ASC
Hospital Affiliation: NO
ASC: Yes, Physicians Outpatient Surgery Center
