Senior Revenue Ops Manager

About the roleOwn and evolve Syncron's revenue technology ecosystem, ensuring our platforms, data and automation support a scalable, efficient and predictable revenue engine.Working closely with Marketing, Sales, Partners, Customer Success and RevOps, this role is responsible for the architecture, governance and continuous improvement of Salesforce and the wider revenue technology stack.We're looking for someone who enjoys solving complex business challenges through technology, designing scalable end to end solutions, simplifying processes and helping the business unlock greater value from its revenue platforms.What would you do?Own Salesforce as Syncron's core CRM platform.Own the architecture, administration and continuous improvement of the wider revenue technology ecosystem, including platforms such as HubSpot, Gainsight, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other integrated revenue technologies.Design scalable end to end business processes across Marketing, Sales, Partners, Customer Success and RevOps.Translate business requirements into sustainable technical solutions.Maintain high standards of CRM data quality and governance.Own platform governance, release management and technical documentation.Build trusted relationships across Marketing, Sales, Partner teams, Customer Success and RevOps.Who you are? / What we expect:Strong Salesforce Administration experience within a complex B2B environment.Experience designing scalable CRM solutions, automation and business processes.Experience delivering Salesforce integrations and workflow automation.Strong understanding of the lead to cash lifecycle and Revenue Operations principles.Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.The icing on the cake:Salesforce certifications.Experience with HubSpot, Gainsight and other revenue technology platforms.Experience supporting quoting, pricing or commercial workflow solutions within Salesforce.Unsure if you meet all the job requirements but passionate about the role?
