Apply paint using spray guns and ensure even, smooth finishes. Mix paints and colors to match customer specifications accurately. Inspect finished work for quality and make touch-ups as needed. Maintain painting equipment and ensure the booth is clean and well-ventilated. Collaborate with other team members to meet customer deadlines and work orders. Requirements Proven experience as an automotive painter or similar role. Knowledge of painting techniques and materials. Ability to work with minimal supervision and within a team environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Familiarity with safety standards and procedures related to automotive painting.
