Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift (3x12, 18:30–07:00) or Day Shift (3x12, 06:30–19:00) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a telemetry setting, monitoring cardiac rhythms and responding to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Float within the hospital as needed based on unit and census demands
• Float to sister facilities within a 10-mile radius as needed
• Participate in every-other-holiday scheduling as required
• Complete all pre-start modules and orientation requirements prior to entering the facility

Required Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania RN license or Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
• Current AHA-issued BLS certification required at submission
• Must not be a former permanent employee of the facility
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Cerner electronic health record system
• Two supervisor references preferred
• Prior telemetry or cardiac monitoring experience in a travel or acute care setting
