Human Resources Generalist

Correll, Inc. is a growing manufacturer of folding furniture, office furniture, and commercial furniture serving customers throughout the United States We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to oversee all HR functions. The ideal candidate will be familiar with worker's compensation, safety, training, employee relations, hiring practices, benefit and possess good communication , administration and computer skills. This position calls for a "hands on" type Generalists who will spend time on our plant floor and work closely with our plant and office personnel. Prefer a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field or SHRM- CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR along with 3+ years' experience a plus.
