Territory Account Manager (TAM) – Oral Treatment Sales ViiV Healthcare, a global specialty HIV company focused on delivering new medicines, is seeking an experienced, results‑driven professional to join the Oral Treatment sales team as a Territory Account Manager (TAM). The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced, complex environment and can partner cross‑functionally to drive success in a launch context. Key responsibilities include: Deliver results through exceptional sales and service Identify, target and win new business by influencing HCPs to adopt new HIV treatment approaches Engage with HCPs, nurses, staff and administrators to understand clinical, organizational and financial challenges within target accounts Leverage data analytics, business acumen and market expertise to identify high‑priority prospects Prepare and execute tailored business plans that help HCPs scale their treatment models Coordinate and partner with cross‑functional team members to deliver an integrated product experience Maintain a portfolio‑based selling mindset and close internal communication loops for a cohesive customer experience Provide proactive customer service, anticipating and addressing HCP needs and requests Adapt execution plans to achieve performance goals utilizing KPIs and scaling successes Develop and foster external relationships with key influential customers and thought leaders Act consistently with ViiV’s culture, expectations and values Embrace ambiguity in a launch environment and view setbacks as learning opportunities Escalate issues and risks when needed and follow key compliance and regulatory guidelines Basic Qualifications BA/BS degree 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience 3+ years of specialty experience Ability to travel domestically, including overnight stays; majority of time in market Valid driver's license Preferred Qualifications Degree in Business, Marketing or Life Sciences Strong planning, organization, analytical, business acumen and problem‑solving skills Experience influencing and collaborating cross‑functionally in a matrixed environment Excellent written and oral communication skills Proven sales success in complex market‑access coverage situations Experience working with HCPs to procure, manage and administer cold‑chain treatment products Knowledge of the HIV treatment and/or prevention markets Bilingual in Spanish (preferred, not required) Experience partnering across a field‑based integrated account team model ViiV is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
