Compensation

$100,000 - $150,000+ commission based

• Engage with prospective clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Utilize our industry-leading lead generation systems to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
• Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings and attract potential buyers.
• Negotiate offers and contracts, ensuring favorable terms for clients while maintaining professional integrity.
• Collaborate with our inside sales and appointment-setting teams to maximize client engagement and conversion rates.
• Stay informed about market trends and local property values to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information.
• Participate in weekly coaching sessions to enhance sales skills and stay aligned with team goals and strategies.

• Active Florida Real Estate License (or currently pursuing licensing)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a high level of accountability
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and follow proven systems
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required
