Quantum Health, Inc. seeks an experienced Corporate Counsel – Benefits Administration & Service Contracts to provide trusted legal guidance on employer-sponsored health plan administration, ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, and related contract negotiations with TPAs, PBMs, and vendors. The role supports compliance, disclosures, and participant communications across health plan programs. The ideal candidate has in-house experience in employee benefits, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to #J-18808-Ljbffr Quantum Health, Inc.
