Currently, we have a Title Assistant opportunity with a trusted leader in the title and escrow industry, known for its stability, innovative solutions, and commitment to exceptional customer service. The Title Assistant will be responsible for below specific duties:

• Handling documents and files for title insurance and escrow processes.
• Conducting title and lien searches.
• Performing clerical duties related to escrow procedures.
• Working closely with a licensed professional to prepare paperwork for transaction completion.
• Typing quickly and accurately while reviewing documents for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors under tight deadlines.

Required qualifications for the position include:

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to type quickly and accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• 1 year of title insurance experience.

Preferred qualifications for the position include:

• 1 year of Microsoft Office experience.

Pay Rate Range: $22.75 - $25.00 per hour Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
