We love working together to enrich our story and yours.The Production Scheduler is responsible for planning and coordinating manufacturing schedules to ensure efficient production operations and timely delivery of boats.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDaily reporting- closing, invoicing, shippingTrack budget(boats)Assign serial numbersClosing boats- WIPs, Mat Trans., Oper PT, add work ordersInvoices boats and trailersLoad schedules for scheduler and loading docksSubmit invoices to Finance companiesPrint boat MSOsGather engine and till MSOs for dealer paperworkPrepare dealer summary sheet- reconcile cash dealer statementsScan paperwork and put it in deliveries folder on P driveWrite check number on driver sheet and scan to deliveries folder when driver brings it backUpdate Freight AgreementsKeep copies of til registration, insurance, and til inspections for driversCustom paperwork for Canada loads and AK loads going through CanadaOwner's ManualsEmails, texts, phone calls with representatives, dealers, and finance companiesResearch any information that's neededMemo bill trailers for transport and credit when returned to SeaArkStatistical surveys monthly reportPut parts packing lists with ID load schedulesFix delivery/PTU tickets for warranty boats returning to dealer or coming back to SeaArkPiggyback hitchesMake delivery schedules- dealer, number of boats, size of load, transport company, til number, loaded by day/night crew, when loaded, date, delivery date, date til returned to SeaArkQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree preferred).Experience in production planning or scheduling preferred.Strong organizational and analytical skills.Physical RequirementsOffice and production floor work environment.Americans with Disability SpecificationsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
