As the Product Manager, Plans Innovation, you will drive price-tiering innovation and new-feature development for our subscription plans. Responsibilities Build a strategic roadmap and take product concepts from idea through validation, shipping, measurement, and iteration. Lead cross‑functional teams of design, engineering, consumer insights, and data science to deliver outstanding products. Build business cases and measure impact with data science partners. Author strategy memos and presentations, and represent the team to senior executives. Deeply understand and socialize evolving customer needs with consumer insights and design partners. Own the evolution of the plans offering, balancing global scale and local relevance. Explore, evaluate, develop, launch, test, and iterate potential new features for plan tiers. Collaborate closely with the pricing team, integrating revenue objectives into plans development. Qualifications & Experience 7+ years in product management with a proven record of launching impactful products. Direct experience with growth, plans, and monetization in a direct‑to‑consumer, preferably global, business. Passion for Growth, Product, Pricing, and/or Behavioral Economics. Ability to inspire, motivate, and lead cross‑functional teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially when writing memos and presenting ideas. Comfortable using data to inform priorities and evaluate impact of initiatives. Strong instincts for outstanding customer experience. Embodies Netflix’s values while contributing a new perspective to improve culture. Location This role can be based in our LosGatos office (preferred) in a hybrid model or remote from the WestCoast (PST). Some travel to LosGatos is required for remote workers. Compensation Compensation is a competitive annual salary in the range of $440000–$725000. You choose the mix of salary versus stock options each year.
