Location: Columbus, OH

Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday - Friday + OT as needed

These are the qualifications that matter.

• 3 years of lead experience + 5 years of warehouse experience.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Steel-toes.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate and manage teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and operational software systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support daily operations to ensure production and performance goals are achieved.
• Monitor workflow, productivity, and quality standards throughout the shift.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to team members.
• Assist with employee onboarding and ongoing coaching.
• Coordinate staffing and work assignments based on operational needs.
• Identify and resolve operational issues, bottlenecks, and process inefficiencies.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and production data.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, managers, and team members regarding operational updates.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and recommend process enhancements.
