OB Hospitalist York, PAA full-time opportunity is available for an OB Hospitalist to join a growing women's health program within a modern hospital setting. This role focuses on providing inpatient obstetric care in a team-based environment, working alongside physicians, midwives, and advanced practice providers. The position offers a structured schedule designed to promote work-life balance, along with access to strong specialty support and state-of-the-art facilities.Shift / Schedule:Full-time position7 shifts per month (24-hour shifts)Hospital-based schedule with no outpatient responsibilitiesResponsibilities:Provide comprehensive inpatient obstetric care, including labor and delivery managementEvaluate and manage obstetric patients in the hospital settingRespond to obstetric emergencies and provide timely interventionsCollaborate with midwives, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary teamsSupport deliveries and ensure continuity of care for hospitalized patientsMaintain accurate and timely patient documentation using EMR systemsDeliver high-quality, compassionate, patient-centered careParticipate in quality improvement and patient safety initiativesRequirements:MD or DO from an accredited medical schoolCompletion of an accredited Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency ProgramBoard Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics and GynecologyAbility to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania medical licenseDEA certificationStrong clinical and decision-making skills in obstetric careCommitment to team-based, patient-centered care
