Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Valle Vista Health System in Greenwood, Indiana, is hiring a full-time day LPN for the Opioid Treatment Program. Valle Vista Health System has been providing behavioral health services to the South Indianapolis area for more than 40 years. Located in Greenwood, IN, our 132-bed facility provides a peaceful setting for those seeking treatment for mental illness and chemical dependency. Valle Vista offers unique and individualized programming for adolescents and adults that sets us apart from many other treatment facilities.

Position Summary: LPNs at the Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) are primarily responsible for dispensing medication to patients in this outpatient clinic. The OTP provides medication-assisted treatment for individuals diagnosed with Opioid Use Disorder. Nursing staff work as part of an interdisciplinary team including physicians and credentialed therapists.

Shift: Days - 5:30am to 1:30 pm Monday-Friday

Work Location: 65 Airport Parkway, Greenwood, IN 46143

Qualifications Requirements:

Education/Licensure: Current Indiana license as an LPN/LVN required. Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing, required.

Experience: One year experience in behavioral health preferred.
