Healthcare Receptionist
Location: New Lisbon, Wisconsin 53950
Contract Duration: 26 Weeks
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
We are currently seeking a Healthcare Receptionist for a 26-week contract assignment at New Lisbon Correctional Institution (NLCI) in Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and clerical support within the healthcare department while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. Responsibilities:
- Perform scanning and filing of medical documents and records
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Conduct file reviews and organize healthcare records
- Handle copy requests and administrative documentation
- Provide general front desk and clerical support
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and facility information
- Communicate professionally with staff and healthcare personnel
Requirements:
- Previous receptionist, administrative, or healthcare office experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Basic computer and scanning/document management skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy
- Professional attitude and reliable attendance
