Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health - $50+ per visit

Job Title Registered Nurse (RN) Home Health – Denver, Colorado Job Overview BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join its home health visit team. The RN will be an integral member of a multidisciplinary health care team providing skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, helping them remain at home. Responsibilities Use strong head‑to‑toe assessment skills to identify subtle changes in patient condition. Apply acute and post‑acute care experience (e.g., CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post‑surgical care). Triage and manage urgent clinical situations independently in the home setting. Perform medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring. Perform comprehensive wound assessment, care, and documentation. What Makes You Successful Ability to work independently while knowing when to elevate concerns. Comfortable making real‑time clinical decisions without immediate on‑site support. Strong problem‑solving skills in unpredictable home environments. Ability to manage a dynamic visit schedule and prioritize urgent visits. Efficient with point‑of‑care documentation and technology. Strong attention to detail while maintaining productivity expectations. Comfortable providing care in varied home environments. Flexible and adaptable to changing patient needs and schedules. Demonstrates cultural sensitivity and respect for patient autonomy. Qualifications A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Colorado. Graduation from an accredited nursing program, verified by transcript or diploma. At least one year of current or recent hands‑on medical experience within the past two years with the adult/geriatric population in acute care, emergency department, home health, hospice, ICU, med‑surg, sub‑acute care, or rehab units. Compensation & Schedule Competitive pay: $55‑60 per point, subject to negotiation. Weekly pay schedule with base pay. Flexible scheduling. Mileage reimbursement.
