Our intensive programs focus on integrated therapy, which takes place throughout 5,000 square feet of rehabilitation gym areas. Victoria Nursing & Rehabilitation Center features 196 private suites and 34 semi‑private suites that include separate bathrooms, creating a warm and relaxed environment for our residents. Location 955 NW 3 rd Street, Miami, FL 33128 Requirements You must hold a Clear, Active, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Nurse in the state of Florida or qualifying multi‑state licensure. Bilingual (Preferred, but not required) Current CPR/BLS Certification Must be eligible to work in the United States Knowledge of Electronic Health Record (EHR) Associate’s Degree (Minimum Requirement) Responsibilities Nursing Functions: Quality & Safety; Charting & Documentation; Resident & Representative Communication Ability to reconcile shift medications (i.e., Narcotic Medications). Effectively conduct Medication Pass and document accordingly. Accurately and timely electronic charting and documentation. Completes all nursing multi‑system assessments to include head‑to‑toe, vitals, dressing changes, applies protective skin barrier. Uphold Residents Rights. Communicate effectively with practitioners, physicians, and fellow staff. Assess and evaluate residents plan of care to implement accordingly. Promote error‑free working environment according to facility policies. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to promote patient‑centered care.
