Certified as a Chest Pain Center and a Primary Stroke Center. Recognized for excellence by local reader's choice awards. The facility features 199 beds. Offers year-round sunshine and is the capital of Hatch Chile. Includes 250 miles of scenic hiking and biking trails. Nearby attractions include White Sands National Park and Organ Mountains-Desert Peaks. The position involves providing care to a diverse patient population, including adults and geriatrics. Patient ratios are typically 1:6. The unit utilizes Meditech for electronic health record management. Candidates must be willing to float to other Medical-Surgical units as needed. Every other weekend availability is required.
