Human Resource Business Partner

Azenta seeks a Human Resource Business Partner to support organizational leaders in talent management, employee relations, and strategic HR initiatives. This role involves coaching managers, driving organizational change, managing talent acquisition and development, and ensuring regulatory compliance within the life sciences sector.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders on organizational management and talent strategy alignment
- Support organizational change management initiatives and culture transformation efforts
- Develop and implement talent acquisition, retention, and engagement plans for critical roles
- Oversee and expand internship program to attract emerging talent
- Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and ensure legal compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years as HR Business Partner or HR Generalist
- Life sciences industry knowledge preferred
- Workday proficiency preferred
- Data-driven critical thinker with strong analytical skills
- Established ability to build trust and credibility across organizational levels
- Proactive communicator with sound business acumen
Compensation: $113,000-$141,000 base
