Production Operator

Pay Rate: $19.70 per hour
Schedule: 2nd Shift — 3:30 PM–3:30 AM
Workdays: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday

Training Schedule

All selected candidates must be available to train on the day shift:

Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

Training may last approximately 4–8 weeks , depending on the employee’s ability to learn and retain the required information.

Job Responsibilities

• Set up and operate extrusion machines.
• Follow instructions to produce products that meet specifications.
• Operate and oversee multiple machines.
• Work in different areas as needed to support company operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Identify small imperfections in finished products.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Understand and apply the metric system.
• Demonstrate TE values of Integrity, Accountability, and Teamwork .

Requirements

• Previous experience setting up and operating extrusion machines is preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and meet production standards.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to work extended hours and overtime when requested.
• Ability to work while seated or standing for extended periods.
• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions.
