Clarity Clinic is an interdisciplinary private practice bringing together Psychiatrists, Advanced Practice Providers (PAs, NPs), Psychologists, and Therapists. We are searching for passionate Clinical Therapists (MA/MSW/LSW/LPC/AMFT) to join our team of highly skilled clinicians. Our staff of Psychiatrists, Physician Assistants and Psychotherapists offer the latest medication and therapy treatment, as we help guide our clients towards mental wellness. Clarity offers administrative, billing and marketing support so that our clinicians have a consistent caseload, ensuring our providers are focused on their greatest priority...helping their clients move forward in life! We are partnered with the following In-Network Insurance providers: Cigna, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, United Healthcare and we accept self-pay clients. Currently hiring at the following locations: Loop Lakeview Broadway River North In this role you, you will: Provide evidence-based therapy sessions to a variety of populations from children/adolescents to adults, offering exceptional client care Manage a caseload of 12-24+ attended client sessions per week (part-time/ full-time optional) Ensure documentation is completed in a timely manner Have oversight of assessments, evaluations, and treatment goals/plan consistent with clinical and administrative policies and procedures Participate in organizational trainings and professional development Model Clarity Clinic's mission, vision, and values and consistently follow company policies, procedures, and Standards of Conduct Perks and Benefits: Compensation: $35-$50 per clinical hour commensurate to years of experience & licensure Part-time (12hrs+) or full-time (24+ attended sessions requirement) 401k match up to 4% $500 CE/Professional development stipend to help cover licensure renewal fees & CE courses $100 Monthly Wellness Reimbursement Stipend to support your own self-care routine 10 days of accrued PTO, plus 5 accrued sick/wellness days 2 days (16 hours) of paid training allowance Flexible scheduling: work/life balance (we encourage you to build a manageable caseload) Hybrid model: telehealth with in-person sessions based on client need Access to continuing education Opportunities for internal promotion Qualifications & Minimum Requirements: Must be license eligible and/or actively working toward licensure as a Licensed Social worker (LSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage/Family Therapist (AMFT) Master's in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field plus 1-2 years internship and 0-1 year prior experience in a clinical setting Experience with any/all of the following treatment modalities is beneficial: Family-focused therapy Multi-systemic therapy CBT | DBT | ACT EMDR (must be certified) Hypnosis (must be certified and show proof from an accredited organization) Health psychology (chronic health issues or pain management) CADC Marriage and Family Therapy We celebrate diversity when it comes to all backgrounds and identities, and we encourage applications from minorities, LGBTQ+ individuals, candidates of all ages, and nontraditional backgrounds.
