Responsibilities

What You'll Help Clients Protect

You'll educate clients and provide customized solutions including:

• Family Income Protection
• Mortgage Protection
• Children's Life Insurance
• Permanent Life Insurance
• Cash Value Retirement Strategies
• Estate Legacy Planning
• Final Expense Planning

You'll also work with business owners to provide:

• Buy-Sell Agreement Funding
• Key Person Insurance
• Executive Bonus Plans
• Deferred Compensation Plans
• Business Continuation Planning

Requirements

What Success Looks Like

You'll become the agency's trusted life insurance expert by:

• Conducting annual client reviews
• Meeting with new agency customers
• Working referrals from our existing client base
• Identifying life insurance needs
• Educating clients without high-pressure sales tactics
• Building lifelong client relationships
• Helping families and business owners protect their future

• Holds an active Michigan Life Health License
• Loves helping people make smart financial decisions
• Builds trust quickly
• Is confident presenting solutions
