Service Technician

Pay Range: $27-$35 flat rate. Must have at least 2 years of dealership service experience to be considered. Pay range depends on your skills at the time of hire.

Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. To be successful in this role, you will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak business periods and important opportunities for maximizing earnings.

Department Hours: 7:30 am to 6 pm Monday-Friday and 8 am to 4 pm Saturday, closed on Sunday.

This position is located onsite in Eugene OR and reports to Fixed Operations Director Jimmy Schaberg.

What You'll Do

• Perform inspections and reconditioning on pre-owned vehicles
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues to ensure reliability and safety
• Document repair procedures and recommendations
• Collaborate with service advisors, parts department, and management
• Ensure all work meets manufacturer and dealership quality standards

What You'll Bring

• Have professional experience as a technician in a dealership setting-2 year
• Willing to grow with this dealership and the Nissan brand.
• Navigate technology with confidence
• We prefer ASE /certifications but do not require them
• Eager and determined to do quality work and earn customers for life
• High attention to safety compliance
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
