Experienced Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Service Advisor

We are looking for an Experienced Service advisor to join our growing team. This role is an key contributor within our customer service team. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of vehicles and services. Compensation & Benefits This role is a full-time, salaried position and offers generous compensation and benefits. • Provide outstanding customer service to all clients
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments with customers
• Process service requests and billing documents
• Assist customers in understanding the range of services available
• Investigate and solve customer complaints
• Document customer details and updates when necessary
• Handle all payment transactions

• Previous service writer experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven automotive industry knowledge – familiarity with all products and services
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
