You will:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive system of budgetary planning and control to ensure appropriate allocation and execution of appropriated funds among all operational units.
- Coordinate and oversee technical or administrative work involving key programs to ensure alignment of fiscal laws, regulations, and Agency policies and procedures.
- Serve as a technical advisor on issues pertaining to annual budget distribution, execution, and annual performance measures.
- Represent the organizational unit with a variety of stakeholders to establish effective working relationships and resolve problems that arise.
- Exercise supervisory personnel management responsibilities to accomplish work.
You will spend less than 25% of your work time on contracts, grants/cooperative agreements, and/or interagency agreements. One or more positions may be filled (in the organization advertised and/or in other organizations), if appropriate to the position.
