Healthcare Operations Manager

BlinkRx is seeking a senior leader to direct Insurance Verification and Patient Outreach teams onsite in Chesterfield, MO or Boise, ID. You will coach managers, optimize workflows, and ensure top-tier patient care while meeting client expectations. You will drive hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and data-driven process improvements, maintain SLAs, and oversee compliance with pharmacy regulations.
