We're an easy drive from Annapolis, Parole, Severna Park, Arnold, and the greater Anne Arundel County area. As a Sales Associate, you'll be the face of Miss A: welcoming customers, helping them find their new favorites, keeping the floor full and fabulous, and ringing up sales.

• Run the register and handle transactions accurately.
• Keep the sales floor full, recovered, clean, and on-brand through restocking and replenishment.
• Support the team in a busy, fast-paced environment — customers, restocking, and register all at once.
• Bring positive energy and teamwork to every shift.

What You'll Bring

• Must be at least 17 years old.
• Availability for a part-time schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand and move for a full shift and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Comfort using a register and handling cash.
• A reliable way to get to work.
• Customer service or retail experience is a plus — but not required.

What We Offer (Compensation & Benefits)

• Pay: $15.50 per hour .
• Flexible part-time scheduling — a great fit if you're balancing school, another job, or a busy life.
• Weekend and evening shifts available to work around your schedule.
• On-the-job training — no experience required.
• Room to grow with a rapidly expanding beauty brand.
• This is a part-time position; health, dental, and vision benefits are not included for part-time roles.
