• Patient Mix: Physician chooses patient age group and mix
• Scope: Full practice autonomy with ability to influence practice design and operations

  • 24/7 in-house hospitalist support (for inpatient needs)
  • Mayo Clinic eConsults, eBoards, AskMayoExpert access
• Teaching: Optional opportunities for medical students and APP trainees
• EMR: Cerner (integrated inpatient/outpatient)
• Visa Candidates: Not accepted
• Locums Providers: Not accepted

• Degree: MD or DO
• Board Certification: Required (in Rheumatology)
• Licensure: Active Ohio medical license required

• Salary: Competitive base salary
• Signing Bonus: $50,000
• Loan Repayment: Options available during or after training, flexible payment schedule
• Relocation: Up to $10,000 assistance
• CME/Board Support: $5,000 annually
• Paid Time Off: 248 hours (vacation, holidays, CME)
• Sick Time: Up to 600 hours accrual (4 hours per pay period full-time)
