Senior Security Engineer II

Focused on enhancing security capabilities, the full-time Senior Security Engineer II will design, build, and operate automated security solutions while collaborating cross-functionally to improve the organization's security posture in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Designing and operating solutions to continuously improve and automate security capabilities Leading incident response efforts, including analysis, containment, and mitigation strategies Mentoring junior engineers and refining security documentation for the Security Program Required qualifications BS/BTech (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or 8 years of security domain experience without a degree 4+ years of experience as a trusted advisor in a team setting 4+ years of experience coaching other engineers or analysts Deep knowledge of cloud IAM architectures and experience with Federated Identity tools Proficiency in automation tools such as Python, Terraform, and PowerShell
