Travel SNF Physical Therapist – Northern Lights Health Care Center, Washburn, WI

Position Summary

You'll treat short-term rehab and long-term care residents at Northern Lights Health Care Center on a full-time travel contract with Ardor.

This is a 13-week travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist role, with extension possible, at Northern Lights Health Care Center in Washburn, Wisconsin. You'll work days, five 8-hour shifts a week (40 hours), helping residents regain strength, mobility and independence after a hospital stay, surgery or illness. The 50-bed nonprofit skilled nursing facility is run by Northern Lights Services and is located at 706 Bratley Drive, Washburn, WI 54891.

New graduates and therapists without previous SNF experience are welcome to apply. You'll have support from the Northern Lights rehab team and Ardor's 24/7 clinical support while you build your skills.
