Job Description
Serves as client lead for trust, tax and planning matters and as primary liaison between front office and specialized fiduciary services (SFS). Engages directly with top-line clients and leads client and family meetings. Actively mitigates risks, crafts solutions, and partners with SFS on fiduciary matters. Is an active client development team member with significant internal and external COI network. Recognized as subject matter expert in the community. Managing Director positions lead advisory teams and work with families as a subject area expert in estate planning, multi-generational planning, family governance, and trust and fiduciary advisory.
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or other related field- 15 or more years of estate/multi-generational experience- Seven or more years of planning/strategy experience with high net worth clients
Preferred Skills/Experience- Strong technical skills in estate planning, multi-generational planning, and trust and fiduciary advisory- Well-developed leadership abilities and strategic management skills- Thorough knowledge of division and relation to industry- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Well-developed analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills- Considerable tact, diplomacy and people skills- JD or CPA license preferred
Total compensation for this role is highly competitive and substantially above market including a generous short-term and long-term incentive bonus; base salary may differ from the range indicated in the job posting.
This role is hybrid. Team members who are in a hybrid role typically spend three days a week at a U.S. Bank location, while having flexibility on their work location for the other working days.
