Job Title: Delivery Driver and Warehouse Associate
Pay Rate: $18-$20 per hour DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday & Saturdays, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.,

Job summary The Delivery Driver and Warehouse Assistant (Hybrid) is primarily responsible for executing delivery routes safely, accurately, and on time. In addition to driving responsibilities, this role will provide warehouse support as needed, including assisting with picking, staging, loading, and inventory handling. Limited Saturday warehouse rotation support will be required.

Responsibilities/daily tasks

• Perform standard delivery driver duties, including safe vehicle operation, timely deliveries, and professional customer service.

• Assist in warehouse operations as needed: pulling parts, staging, loading, and organizing inventory.

• Print and apply labels accurately.

• Scan incoming and outgoing transfers with proper verification, documentation, and handling care.

• Pull parts from appropriate bin locations and move to staging areas.

• Return unused stock to correct bin locations.

• Assist customers at will-call and ensure proper inspection and verification at pickup.

• Conduct stock checks as required.

• Receive defective or nonconforming parts, document accurately, and coordinate transfer to Quality Control.

• Back up managing driver routing, delivery issues, and vehicle maintenance protocols.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

• Follow all company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

Qualifications
• Ability to perform routine warehouse and delivery tasks using basic arithmetic and comprehension skills.

• Ability to read and navigate bin locations and warehouse inventory systems.

• Familiarity with auto parts or warehouse operations preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task completion.

• Ability to work cooperatively and communicate effectively with team members and customers.

• Reliable, professional, and customer-focused demeanor.

• Flexibility to work variable schedules, including weekends as required.

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; ability to meet company driving requirements.
