About the Position: This position manages ONWard's scholarship programs and serves as the primary liaison to Mississippi's schools of nursing. Responsibilities include coordinating school and student applications, verifying eligibility, managing approvals and NCLEX voucher distribution, coordinating fund distribution and reconciliation, and maintaining accurate, audit-ready records.

What you'll need to be Successful:

• Strong organization and follow-through: Manage multiple scholarship programs, application cycles, deadlines, and outstanding requirements.
• Clear communication and relationship-building: Provide timely guidance to nursing schools, students, agency staff, and program partners.
• Financial accountability: Track awards, vouchers, and distributions and work with Finance to reconcile program funds.
• Attention to detail and confidentiality: Verify information, protect student records, and maintain complete documentation.
• Technology proficiency: Use Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SurveyMonkey to manage applications, track progress, and prepare reports.
• Independent judgment: Resolve routine issues, identify process improvements, and escalate concerns appropriately.
