Data And Integration Consultant, Business Analyst
Remote to begin with ideal locations Seattle, Delaware, Philadelphia, Atlanta in future, will be hybrid
Salary Range (Multiple Roles from Junior to Senior level available): between $60,000 and $115,000 base + benefits + bonus
Company and Responsibilities:
My client, a vibrant, growing Asset Management business specialising in OMS implementations, is looking to hire ambitious, career orientated Mid-Level and Senior Consultants, focusing on Aladdin implementations, Data and Integration. The organisation, whilst remaining boutique, is expanding its operations into the US and Far East.
In this role, you will work with highly renowned Asset Management firms as part of the Data and Integration team. You will deliver projects across Data Modelling, Business Analysis, Database Technologies, Table Design and Testing, all within complex Aladdin OMS systems
Desired Skills
- Solid experience as a Business Analyst/Consultant, with hands-on experience in Asset Management/Investment Management system implementations and integrations
- Strong recent exposure to Aladdin, including Aladdin user applications, and ADC/APIs would be ideal essential at the senior level at junior level, other OMS systems is fine
- Strong end to end knowledge of Asset Management/Investment Management and associated Asset Classes
- Experience with Database Technologies Snowflake/SQL Server
- Experience with Data Modelling techniques (Relational Dimensional, Data Vault etc)
- Strong Table Design, Testing and Data Querying skills
- Detailed requirements gathering and interpretation, user stories, workshops etc comfortable as a BA in both Agile and Waterfall environments
- Any background in Consultancy highly regarded
- Exceptional problem-solving and prioritisation skills
- Genuine desire to develop your career as a specialist in Asset Management Technology
- Outstanding communication skills out-going, inquisitive and creative mindset ability to build immediate relationships with portfolio managers and both business and technical stakeholders at all levels
