Join the team at Hilton Mystic as a Houseperson, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel to ensure an exceptional guest experience. This position involves assisting the housekeeping team by handling various tasks that help keep guest rooms and public areas in pristine condition.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas
• Assist in the delivery of linens, supplies, and amenities to guest rooms and housekeeping stations
• Empty trash and recycling bins throughout the property
• Ensure supply closets and housekeeping carts are fully stocked and organized
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
• Support the housekeeping team with room setup and turning rooms as needed
• Follow all Hilton brand standards and safety procedures

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience a plus but not required
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift frequently throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills
• Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
