Job Title: Front Desk Clerk Job Location: Warsaw, KY 41095 Overview What if you had the opportunity to make a difference? Hourly Full‑Time Role 8:00a-5:00p; 5 days/week Physical Location Carroll County Memorial Hospital, Warsaw Family Practice, 202 Franklin St. Warsaw, KY 41095 Responsibilities Serve as the liaison between the physician and patient Responsible for answering phones, determining the nature/priority of the call and appropriate routing/taking messages Verify patient insurance benefits, obtain and register accurate demographics and schedule patient appointments in the scheduling system Manage and fulfill medical record requests Perform administrative functions, such as but not limited to: scanning, faxing, answering emails, etc. Has the ability to cross train to assist other CCMH clinics (may travel to Carrollton or Bedford Clinics) when needed Qualifications, Skills and/or Knowledge Uphold HIPAA in regard to patient information Ability to multi‑task and shift priorities as needed Computer literacy (MS Office, Windows, etc.) Experience using EPIC systems (preferred) Experience using iSalus systems (preferred) Prior medical receptionist experience (preferred) Knowledge of different insurance plans (preferred) Benefits Carroll County Memorial Hospital offers a benefits package that includes welfare and retirement plans including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life insurance, Flexible Spending Accounts, Short‑term and Long‑term Disability, 401(k), Company‑funded retirement contributions, and Paid Time Off.
