Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care in a dynamic medical/surgical tele unit. The selected candidate will work within a critical access hospital environment, focusing on delivering high-quality nursing care to a diverse patient population.ResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care, ensuring safety and comfort while maintaining patient dignity.Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering medications and treatments as prescribed.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.Educate patients and their families regarding disease processes, treatment options, and health maintenance.Document all aspects of patient care accurately and effectively in accordance with regulatory standards.Participate in departmental activities and professional development opportunities.QualificationsCurrent nursing license valid in the state of practice.Completion of an accredited nursing program, with preference for a Bachelor's degree in Nursing.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, critical care environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Basic life support (BLS) certification, with advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certification preferred.Health and Credential RequirementsMMR vaccination or immunity documentation.Fit test for respiratory protection.Hepatitis B vaccination or declination form.Negative tuberculosis (TB) screening results.Varicella vaccination or immunity documentation.Tdap vaccination.Annual influenza vaccination.Professional RequirementsUHS I-9 attestation completion.Social security trace may be required.Background check, including criminal history review.Join our team to make a meaningful impact on patient care in a supportive environment that values professional growth and development.Client Details City Geneva State OH
