We are seeking a passionate and energetic Child Care Assistant Director to help launch and lead a new licensed, community-based daycare in the Greater Madison Area serving fewer than 30 children.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will work closely with the Center Director to support staff, maintain a safe and nurturing environment, assist with licensing compliance, and help shape a positive center culture from the ground up.
