The Role

As a Dishwasher, you are an essential part of our kitchen team. You will be responsible for keeping dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment clean and available throughout service.

The ideal candidate is fast, reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a busy restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the dishwashing area efficiently during high-volume service
• Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
• Keep the kitchen, dish area, floors, and surrounding areas clean and organized
• Maintain a steady supply of clean dishes and equipment for the kitchen and restaurant
• Properly handle trash, recycling, and kitchen waste
• Assist with basic kitchen cleaning and closing duties
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
• Communicate with cooks, chefs, and management to keep service moving smoothly
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift
• Assist the kitchen team with additional tasks when needed
