Lead Direct Support Professional — Empower Housing Residents

The Community-Opportunity-Center in Michigan is seeking a Lead Direct Support Professional to empower individuals with developmental disabilities through daily living support and community integration. Two positions are available, full-time, with shifts 1p-9p or 2p-10p. You will supervise home staff, ensure policies are followed, and collaborate with the PCP team to enhance quality of life for residents.
