Associate Manager, Mobile Growth

Associate Manager, Mobile Growth Reporting to: Senior Manager, Mobile Growth. Department: Mobile. Function: Marketing. Location: Santa Monica, CA. Mission: Assist in shaping marketing efforts through a mix of campaign management and data analysis for a multimillion‑dollar budget across mobile games, including Call of Duty: Mobile. Responsibilities Build and run performance marketing/user acquisition campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, DSP, and other networks, ensuring critical metrics are achieved. Onboard new channels and identify new growth opportunities for Activision’s Mobile titles. Partner with Mobile Analytics and Data Science to monitor critical metrics that align with business objectives and drive optimization. Assist with complex A/B testing for localization, creatives, geos, content, CTAs, etc., to enhance acquisition activities and return on investment. Participate in creative ideation and optimization to improve paid media campaigns. Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to execute the growth strategy. Perform deep‑dive analysis (e.g., cohort performance, channel analysis, creative review, etc.). Learn the dynamics of free‑to‑play gaming and the mobile marketing ecosystem from industry veterans. Qualifications 2–3+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns for downstream KPIs. A balance of data‑driven, analytical skills with demonstrated creative campaign wins. Demonstrated ability to manage and optimise multi‑million dollar acquisition budgets. Understanding of insertion order/PO set up, budget pacing, and invoicing. Preferably experience driving growth specifically for mobile. Mobile gaming/gaming experience is a plus.
