Order Support Specialist – Seasonal | $20/hr | Knoxville, TN

If you've ever worked a front desk, handled billing calls, or been the person everyone asks "where's my order?", this seasonal role is a strong fit.

We're staffing a team of Order Support Specialists for a well-known retail brand, working on-site at their Knoxville home office from October through early January. You'll be the person customers reach when they need help with an order, whether that comes in by phone, chat, email, or text.

Day to day, you'll:
Track down shipments, process returns, sort out billing questions, and place orders for customers. You'll work in multiple systems at the same time and document each conversation clearly. The goal is to solve things the first time, with a friendly, patient approach.

The details:

• $20.00/hour, full-time
• On-site in Knoxville, no remote work
• Evenings and weekends required, with schedules adjusted to customer volume
• Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day off
• Paid training plus ongoing coaching
• Employee discount across the brand's stores

Requirements: High school diploma or GED, comfort with Google Workspace and juggling multiple screens, the ability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 15 lbs, and real flexibility through the holiday season.

Six months of customer service, retail, hospitality, or office experience is preferred but not required. October training classes are filling now.
