What You Bring:
- Line Experience: 12+ years on a high-volume hot line, flat top, grill, or fry station.
- Standard-Driven: Clean habits, tight sanitation/allergen awareness, and pride in sending out plates that match specs every single time.
- Leadership & Composure: Calm under ticket pressure, receptive to coaching, and proactive about mentoring newer team members.
- Reliability: Punctuality, communication, and readiness to knock out prep before service.
