RN Director of Nursing Home Health

We are hiring a Director of Nursing to lead our home health clinical team in Houston: supervising nurses and clinical staff, owning documentation quality and regulatory compliance, and carrying accountability for patient care. We are preparing for a CHAP accreditation survey, so survey experience matters. The role takes part in on-call and clinical problem-solving. Full-time.

Required: home health leadership; home health field experience; staff supervision; Texas RN licence.

Preferred: home health DON; CHAP accreditation; QAPI; other accreditation / survey readiness; Medicare / OASIS / CMS.

Schedule: Full-time permanent. Start: ASAP. Pay: $70,000–$110,000 a year, depending on experience and scope.
