We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Fundraising Team Member to support our fundraising initiatives and help increase awareness, engagement, and donations for our organization. This role involves connecting with supporters, assisting with fundraising campaigns, building relationships with donors, and helping achieve team fundraising goals.
The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, passionate about making a difference, and comfortable communicating with people from diverse backgrounds.
Responsibilities- Represent the organization in a professional and positive manner
- Engage with community members, donors, and supporters to promote fundraising campaigns
- Assist with executing fundraising events and outreach activities
- Help identify and develop relationships with potential donors and sponsors
- Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and fundraising activities
- Support community outreach efforts
- Meet individual and team fundraising goals
- Provide excellent customer service and answer questions from supporters
- Collaborate with team members to improve fundraising strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to engage with the public
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in fundraising, sales, customer service, marketing, or nonprofit work is a plus
- Ability to build relationships and motivate others
- Reliable, professional, and goal-oriented
- Experience with donor outreach or community engagement
- Event planning experience
- Public speaking or presentation skills
- Knowledge of fundraising platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
- Flexible scheduling options may be available
- Compensation may include hourly pay, commission, bonuses, or performance incentives depending on the organization
